Terms and Conditions
By booking an in-person or online class, private session or event with Rebecca Hannah you are entering into a contract which has the following conditions. Please read through them carefully.
Private/one-to-one sessions:
Payment is due at the time of booking, which must be at least 48 hours prior to the first booked session. The cancellation period is 48 hours given in writing email to rebeccahannahyoga1@gmail.com.
If less than 48 hour notice is given the session is charged as taken. At the time of booking, you will be asked to complete a student registration health form. By completing this you are agreeing to take take part in classes at your own risk and to consider any modifications suggested by the teacher if relevant to you. You are also agreeing to update the teacher if you acquire any new injuries, illnesses, surgeries, pregnancies or conditions.
Block Bookings
For a block of 4 sessions you have 8 weeks from the date of purchase to use your sessions.
Group Classes in person and online
After booking an in person/ online class, if you are unable to make the agreed session(s) that booking cannot be extended, swapped or refunded. At the time of booking, you will be asked to complete a health waiver form. By completing this you are agreeing to take take part in classes at your own risk and to consider any modifications suggested by the teacher if relevant to you. You are also agreeing to update the teacher if you acquire any new injuries, illnesses, surgeries, pregnancies or conditions.
Workshops and Day Events:
For events that are a full day or less, then full payment is required at time of booking to secure your place. If you cancel with more than 28 days notice in writing by email then full payment less than £10 admin fee will be given. Cancellation between 28 and 15 days, 50% refund will be given. Cancellation 14 days or less – no refund, credit or alternative will be given. You may be able to send a substitute in your place, but only if this is first agreed by Rebecca Hannah.
Students are responsible to ensure that they disclose any medical conditions or injuries, (including mental health conditions) to Rebecca Hannah.
Cancellation of Event:
It is expected that participants to events will have adequate personal insurance to cover all eventualities that might occur. If Rebecca Hannah chooses to cancel an event then all monies paid to Rebecca Hannah will be refunded. In this circumstance Rebecca Hannah will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, including but not limited to travel costs, insurance costs, etc.
In the event of Force Majeure/unforeseen circumstances that hinders, delays, or leads to cancellation of any events, Rebecca Hannah will not be liable for any costs incurred or to repay any monies received. Participants will be expected to claim under their individual insurance. This includes but is not limited to, severe weather, acts of terrorism, disease epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, war, strikes, and failure of 3rd parties such as venues/caterers to provide their services.
In registering for any event or service you agree to assume all risks associated with the event and/or service and agree that no liability will be attached to Rebecca Hannah (or any staff member or contractors working on behalf of Rebecca Hannah) for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property, finances or health.
