Terms and Conditions

Refunds & Cancellations

-In order to reserve your place on the training you must pay a £500 deposit. Your place on the training is secured once the payment has been received.

-The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another yoga teacher training.

-If you cancel your place on the training Arianna and Rebecca will not be able to refund any of the full payment. 

-If you have to leave the training once it has started at any point, Arianna and Rebecca will not be able to offer a partial refund for the remainder of the course and will not be able to transfer your place to a future training.

-If you must withdraw from the program for special circumstances such as a serious illness, injury, change in circumstances or bereavement, Arianna and Rebecca will unfortunately not be able to give any refund. It is up to the discretion of Arianna and Rebecca if they can defer the remaining modules to a future training.

Attendance 

-To meet Yoga Alliance UK regulations, it is compulsory to attend 100% of the modules 

-Please ensure that you are able to fully commit to the training and the dates prior to registration.

-Any modules you may miss will need to be completed before graduation with the teacher. All missed modules will need to be arranged and paid for by the student. 

-Please be punctual for the sessions, if you are repeatedly late we have the right to ask you to reschedule the module with added costs.

Costa Blanca Immersion 

-Arianna and Rebecca take no responsibility for cancellation of flights or any transport booked to travel to the Immersion in Costa Blanca and will not be held responsible for any refunds and charges incurred associated.

-Arianna and Rebecca will not be able to refund the training costs if for any reason you are unable to attend the immersion in Costa Blanca.

Payment Plans 

-Arianna and Rebecca are pleased to offer a 6 month payment plan structure to help ensure the teacher training is affordable. All payment plans must be agreed by Arianna and Rebecca prior to the course.

- If in the unlikely event that you are unable to join the course or cannot finish the course, the payment plan must still be paid for in full in line with the refunds and cancellations terms and conditions stated above. 

Bad Conduct

No refunds will be given if Arianna and Rebecca remove a student from the training for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the training or to fellow students.

Force Majeure

-  Arianna and Rebecca reserve the right to alter or amend the programs, events and/or activities caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, floods, explosions, earthquakes, nuclear disasters, insurrection, riots, acts of terrorism, war, and acts of Government  (a “Force Majeure Event”). 

-In the case of a natural force majeure and the training cannot go ahead, the training will be postponed to a time and location when it can proceed.

-No cash refunds will be issued.

-If the course is forced to be postponed part way through the course, Arianna and Rebecca will rearrange the remaining modules of the course and if this is not possible for students to attend, Arianna and Rebecca will transfer to the next training that they are available for.

Photography & Video

- Arianna and Rebecca reserve the right to take photographs and videos during the teacher training and these will be used for marketing purposes. 

-Please inform Arianna and Rebecca prior to the training if you would not like your photograph used in marketing materials.

COVID-19 (or comparable pandemic) Specific T&Cs

We do not expect covid or any pandemic to disrupt travel; these are listed as a precautionary measure.

Change of Immersion Location due to COVID-19 (or comparable pandemic)

- If we are unable to travel to Costa Blanca due to pandemic, we will either host the immersion at a UK retreat centre or in London. It is up to the discretion of Arianna and Rebecca  if we decide to use this alternative venue due to uncertainty around the ability to travel outside of the UK.

-It is the decision of Arianna and Rebecca alone to change the venue location even if between the decision to change to a UK venue and the start date of the training, it transpires that travel to Costa Blanca was possible.

-If the immersion venue changes to a UK venue due, Arianna and Rebecca will not be liable to pay for flights or any travel and further accommodation booked as part of the immersion to Costa Blanca. We advise all students to book refundable/flexible flights and that you have booked comprehensive travel insurance to cover you in such an instance.

Rescheduled Immersion & Training due to COVID-19 (or comparable pandemic)

-If due to pandemic measures we are unable to commence or continue the training part way through, Arianna and Rebecca will postpone the training, the training will not be cancelled. The new dates will be the decision of Arianna and Rebecca which will be scheduled as soon as possible due to venue availability and certainty of lock-down restrictions being lifted.

-If the course is forced to be postponed part way through the course, Arianna and Rebecca will rearrange the remaining modules of the course and if this is not possible for you to attend, Arianna and Rebecca will transfer you to the next training dates that you are available for.

Travel to the Costa Blanca Immersion - in the event of a Covid-19 outbreak

- By signing up to the teacher training, you are agreeing to travel to Costa Blanca at the time of the immersion - this means that you will need to adhere to the current Government requirements.

-If you test positive and are unable to attend the Costa Blanca Immersion, Arianna and Rebecca cannot take responsibility and will not offer you a refund/transfer of your tuition fees, immersion fees, flights or any other costs incurred as part of the immersion or training. This is due to the fact we will still have to pay for your full accommodation/meals at the venue and will not be able to fill the spot at such late notice.
