My 'Flexibility Mobility Series' is packed full of some of my favourite mobility drills that will help you to develop the strength to help take you deeper into your flexibility practice.


This series consists of 11 videos which are between 15-35 minutes long. Each video will target a different area of the body.  You can either do the videos individually or group them together to build your own personal practice.


To compliment this series I have also created a mentoring group on WhatsApp where you can connect with other students taking part in the program, share progress and ask questions.


Once you have purchased the series you will then be sent an email with the link to each of the classes and the private Whatsapp Group.  If you can't see it make sure to check your spam mail!
